Cherryleaf sat outside the medicine den, her tail neatly wrapped around her paws, her bright green eyes slowly searching the clearing around her. She padded out to the center and let out a yowl, "any cat want to talk to me? I'm also open to healing any cats' injuries or sicknesses!" She sat down and flicked her tail, annoyed and impatient as she'd had nothing to do lately. Is no cat really sick or hurt? I guess that's good, but I've nothing to do because of it...

Havenheart looked up to the medicine cat in training and relief struck her paw as she carefully bent down and picked up Goldenkit by the scruff, who happened to let out a weak cough. Worry caught her tongue as she hurried to where Cherryleaf was sitting who looked like she was annoyed and laid Goldenpaw on the ground where she was sitting and licked the side of Cherrypaw's shoulder in greeting. " I think Goldenpaw has come down with a bit of a cough this leaf-fall." Havenheart said and started licking his pelt in worry.

Cherryleaf blinked at Havenheart, "Alright, I'll take a look." She meowed, happy to have something to do, although she did worry for him. He's just a kit. His immune system isn't as strong as a grown cat's, I'm sure, so I hope he'll be okay. She thought, gulping. We can't have a cough starting throughout the Clan with the battle that Jadestar's planning, too. She sniffed at the kit, "I'll be back!" Cherryleaf said before turning and running to her den, going into her store of herbs and taking a few leaves of catmint.
Upon going back out into the clearing, the RiverClan medicine cat settled down by Goldenkit and put the leaves in front of her. "Go ahead and eat these, little one." She said nicely, trying to be kind and calm for the kit.

Havenheart waited patiently for the medicine cat to return, her tail landed neatly over her paws but reached forth to quickly pick up the curious kitty who was about to walk away, " No, no Goldenpaw. don't wander off." Havenheart's voice rang out to the cat gently as Goldenpaw lumbered tiredly in front of Havenheart who dived into her belly fur to warm up and yawned loudly warmed her heart. Havenheart bobbed her head towards the medicine cat den but was relieved once more to see Cherrypaw bound out again, carrying a bundle of leaves to which she set down in front of Goldenpaw who turned his head from his mothers warm gray fur and trotted over to follow Cherryleaf's instructions. It was funny to see Goldenpaw get aroused upon swallowing the bitter herb.
His fur ruffled and puffed a little, flicking his tongue it and out like a snake, followed by a couple coughs. Havenheart shrugged and chuckled, adding teasingly, " How do they taste?" Goldenpaw just looked at her with a mad and stern look on his face to which Havenheart giggled at. The grey she-cat looked up to Cherryleaf, " Thank you. I will make sure he gets plenty of rest, and uh, you Mr!" Havenheart added in a slightly powerful and motherly like tone said, as Goldenpaw trudged towards camp entrance, " I don't think soo!" Havenheart got up and bumped Goldenpaw towards the apprentice den to sleep, to which he yowled in protest, " Maww!" Havenheart muffled a few words from her mouth, " I hope everything is going well too!" As she slipped past Cherryleaf, Goldenpaw following close behind.

Cherryleaf's tail flicked, "Good luck and if Goldenpaw's still coughing, come to me!" She called, amusement in her eyes. Goldenpaw's reaction to the herbs was funny! Cherryleaf thought, smiling. She knew how some cats reacted to some herbs and sometimes it was amusing while others it wasn't so funny.
The medicine picked up her herbs and padded back to her den, assuming that's all she had to do for the day, Cherryleaf curled up in her nest, hoping another cat would come to her needing something from her. The job of a medicine cat is never over, yet why does it usually feel like there's nothing left? She thought, drifting off into a light cat nap.
