THE RIVER Large, wide and even sometimes swift, the River is RiverClan’s main source of food, seeing as its where the largest fish live. It also acts as a border for ThunderClan, helping to keep them out. This is the place where only advanced RiverClan Apprentices hunt, seeing as its depth and its mildly swift currant could put some cats off balance. |

STEPPING STONES Lying in the middle of the River, the Stepping Stones are a set of seven, fairly large rocks rubbed smooth by the constant rushing of the currant. They’re almost perfectly spaced, giving a quick and easy way to cross the River, or, for RiverClan, to sit on and fish from, or rest on after an especially long or hard swim. |

BRIDGE AND GORGE The deepest and probably the most deadly part of the River, The Gorge is a sheer drop on either side, diving RiverClan and WindClan, with swift flowing currants and nice-sized set of rapids to go with it. The Bridge, the way that RiverClan gets to the Gathering when the River overflows, goes across the rapids, and was originally made by twolegs. |

LITTLE MARSH The Little Marsh is the area where the ground is slightly wet and boggy, where moss and reeds peek through the grass and the dirt, before they finally give way to a stream. Water voles are most common around here. |
