[/size][/center]THE WARRIOR CODE
1) Obey, believe and trust in Starclan.
2) Be loyal and brave for your clan.
3) Every moon on the night that the moon is at its fullest, there is to be a Gathering for the four Clans. Each must attend. There is a truce between clans for this night which must be upheld at all costs.
4) Kits cannot attend Gatherings.
5) You must hunt only to feed the Clan first, and then you can hunt to feed yourself.
6) Do not trespass onto another Clan’s territory.
7) Respect all Elders, despite how mean or ignorant they may act. Remember, they are like your grandparents.
8) Speaking to other Clans about customs of your Clan is strictly forbidden.
9) Do not have kits or a relationship with a cat of another Clan. Both your leader and StarClan may punish you.
10) Do not kill a warrior from another clan unless you are forced to – you fight only to prove your strength or defend territory.
11) The Clan’s well-being comes before any one Clan member’s.
12) A gathering is to beheld every moon, when the moon is at its fullest. Each clan must be at the gathering. When clouds cover the moon the gathering is over. There is a truce between the Clans each gathering, but is broken when it is over.
13) StarClan may pass special dreams to any cat in the Clan, but unless there is an exception, only the medicine cat will receive these dreams.
14) Cats on the way to the Moonstone are granted safe passage, regardless of whose territory they need to pass through.
15) Kits under six moons cannot go outside camp, nor can they hunt.
16) A kit must be six moons old to have his or her apprentice ceremony.
17) Apprentices may not have kits.
18) All apprentices must visit the Moonstone with their leader and stand vigil outside of it before becoming warriors.
19) After an apprentice is named a warrior, they must sit a silent vigil through the night guarding camp.
20) Upon the death of a leader, the ceremony for the new deputy must be called before moonhigh.
21) Queens whose kits have not been named apprentices yet may not become deputies or leaders.
22) If a deputy has kits, they are temporarily demoted from their position.
23) All deputies must have successfully trained an apprentice.
24) The new leader must travel to the Moonstone to be accepted by StarClan and receive his or her nine lives.
25) Leaders may not speak of the nine lives ritual with anyone other than the medicine cat.
26) Leaders sit vigil through the night with the bodies of the cats who have died in their clan.
27) Medicine cats must visit the Moonstone to be accepted by StarClan as the medicine cat apprentice and to speak with other medicine cats. Then they must visit again to be accepted as a fully fledged medicine cat.
28) Medicine cats cannot speak of their rituals with anyone but other medicine cats.
29) Attacking a medicine cat is forbidden.
30) Medicine cats may not have kits or a mate.
31) And most importantly, protect your clan with your life!
