Hello everyone! I hope you enjoy our new layout - it's been long overdue I think (seeing as how we started back in August - about five months ago! Wow!). I really like the way it turned out. I used more text-based things in this instead of making images for everything, and I think it was a good idea - made the layout get finished quicker. Anyways, as far as news goes, we have a bunch of new members! So yay for everyone who's joined lately. Also big thanks to Muse (our co-Admin now, in case you'd missed that) who's been a super big help in making the website active and organized again! She will also be able to update in this area in case there's anything going on that you'll need to know about. In WEBSITE news we have a JANUARY ACTIVITY CHECK going on in the announcements board. KITTENS When a cat is expecting or has kittens they will be announced here. Kittens can also be adopted here, when available.
CHARACTER LOGS & REQUESTS (1 sub-board) Here you can post logs to track your characters or events that have happened to them. You can also set up mini-plots here, requests for friends, mates, etc.
THE BLACK MARKET This is the shop of CotF. Here you can redeem cool prizes (for character creation, IC, and OOC) using your "prey" points. Please reply to the appropriate thread for what you want!
THUNDERCLAN CAMP (2 sub-boards) This is where most ThunderClan cats spend their time when they are not hunting or patrolling. It consists of dens for apprentices, warriors, elders, their leader, as well as a nursery for queens and kits. Its main defense against predators is the bramble undergrowth all along the border of the camp. It also has trees hanging over to shelter the cats from rain and heat. THUNDERCLAN TERRITORY (4 sub-boards) There are several main territories that make up ThunderClan's land. Most of these are filled with forest and much undergrowth. There are also a lot of moss patches and even some wild rose bushes. Moderators: Midnightstar, Nothing
RIVERCLAN CAMP (2 sub-boards) RiverClan cats spend their time in this camp, often in one of the dens for apprentices, warriors, elders, their leader, or the nursery. Their camp is protected by water on all sides as well as the clumps of reed and bracken on the borders. There is plenty of fish surrounding the camp. Moderators: ℳintу, мυsε★
RIVERCLAN TERRITORY (4 sub-boards) RiverClan cats are known to love water, and rightly so since they're surrounded by water! There is water in almost all of their territories which provide a good diet of fish. Moderators: ℳintу, мυsε★
WINDCLAN CAMP (2 sub-boards) WindClan cats call this campsite home. The camp is deep in their territory and covered by a bracken fence with many sharp thorns. There are few trees, but ones that are present shelter the camp against wind and rain. Moderators: White, ˚Reason˚
WINDCLAN TERRITORY (4 sub-boards) WindClan cats are known to be the swiftest of all the Clans. This is likely because their land is more open than the other Clans, thus making their hunting habits rely on speed to catch prey than to pounce from shelter. Moderators: White, ˚Reason˚
SHADOWCLAN CAMP (2 sub-boards) ShadowClan cats reside in a camp surrounded by large trees, grown close together and offering much protection from wind, rain, and offenders. The only way into camp is through a narrow opening in the gorse. Moderator: мυsε★
SHADOWCLAN TERRITORY (4 sub-boards) ShadowClan's territory is populated by many dark trees, marshes, and even a carrionplace. Although the other Clans wouldn't dare think of living under such conditions, ShadowClan cats proudly call this home. Moderator: мυsε★
SPARKLING WATERS A damp, shadowy cave in which lies a small pool of water. It's always dark in here, and there's always water. It's a good place for loners and rouges to come when it's hot out, and it's a good place to get away from everything.

LOOKING POOL This is a clear pool surrounded by lush ferns and grasses. Prey is abundant here, and fishing is great as well. If you look directly into the water, it is said that the reflecting of a deceased loved one will appear in the place of your own refraction. Either way; it's romantic and peaceful, perfect to get away from everything.

THUNDER PATH Long, winding path of hard black rock that ThunderClan was named after. Cats must be careful hear, for monsters may lurk around every corner.
TWOLEGPLACE This is at the edge of the forest. It is where all of the kitty-pets live. But beware: there are also some dogs!

SACRED LANDS
FOURTREES Four giant oak trees surround a clearing at this sacred place. There is a large, silver rock in the middle where leaders can talk to a crowd of cats whenever a Gathering occurs.

HIGHSTONES Highstones is one of the most sacred places in the lands of the Clans. It is here medicine cats speak with StarClan when needed. This is also where new leaders journey to receive their nine lives.

The thunder cats have been suffering slightly through the winter, leaving their numbers dwindling. Yet, there is hope beneath the snow. Midnightstar's kin are growing up well, and the warriors who have survived the winter thus far seem to be stronger than ever. Hopefully this new-found strength can hold them over if something ominous was to happen upon their shores..
RiverClan
Jadestar has just named Cherryleaf the official medicine cat since Shadownose's disappearance. The leader also told her Clan of foul plans in infiltrate a neighboring Clan in their time of weakness. Revenge, after all, is a dish best served cold.
WindClan
Many cats have fallen ill lately due to a mysterious virus thought to be in WindClan's drinking water. Many warriors have become weak and have been losing their fur (and possibly their minds). May StarClan help Swansong deal with her dying Clan!
ShadowClan
The shadowy cats have been quiet for the past few moons - no doubt because of the otters who have taken over part of their marshlands. Galepaw, an apprentice, died at their claws several moons ago, but he is still mourned and remembered. As of late, despite the otter issue, SC seems to have been blessed with two kittens found by Spottedfern and Frostfoot - and they are about to be apprenticed!
Other
There's not much going on with the loners and rogues as of late. However, there have been run-ins with the canine who lives near the Barn.
